Here is a green racing sulky.  We did the trotting racing for a while and used this on our 34" mare.  It would be good for any minis that are 32" to 38" tall.  It could use a touch up on paint.  It is very comfortable and we paid twice what I am asking for it but I am just not using it anymore.  Asking $750.

This is a Meadowbrook type cart, originally paid $2,500.  It needs to be refinished if you want to get it back into top condition.  We used it once but it has sat in our barn for several years.  I am only asking $1,000 for it... this is a super deal but I just am not using it anymore and am not planning on showing any more.
